Sculpted Modernity - Modern Residence Design in DHA Phase 2
When Mr. Sameer Malick Latif approached us for his residence in Block H, DHA Phase 2 Islamabad, he was already familiar with our portfolio—particularly the Ahmad House interior design in B-17, Islamabad. Inspired by how we integrated interior and architectural elements seamlessly, he wanted us to be involved early on in his new residential project in DHA Phase 2, ensuring that the interior design language and architecture worked as one vision.
However, the client soon realized that the original architect’s design was being replicated in another home within the same area. For him, this was unacceptable—he wanted a unique modern house design in DHA Phase 2 that would reflect his individuality. This is where Primarc Studio’s philosophy came into play: every residence we design must be original, contextual, and expressive of the homeowner’s lifestyle.
This presented us with a unique challenge, as the ground floor slab and some concrete elements were already constructed. Within these constraints, we redefined the architectural façade, gate, and boundary wall, giving the home a distinctive identity.
