Located in the rapidly developing Sector B of B-17, Islamabad, AM House 04 stands as a testament to Primarc Studio’s commitment to high-end, designer house architecture. This 10 Marla house design departs from the rustic textures of its predecessor, AM House 03, by embracing a more solid, monolithic aesthetic that prioritizes clean lines and sophisticated materiality. Under the leadership of NCA-graduate architects, this residence was designed to balance a sense of privacy with a bold, contemporary presence on the street.

The architectural language of AM House 04 is defined by its modular geometry, where heavy volumes are artfully balanced to create a dynamic facade. The primary material palette consists of warm, beige stone cladding contrasted against dark, structural grey frames, creating a timeless look that feels both grounded and modern. These vertical stone panels are more than just decorative; they define the house’s unique character while framing the large glass apertures that allow natural light to flood the interior spaces.

One of the standout features of this 10 Marla house design is the integration of architectural lighting. At dusk, the building transforms as recessed LED strips highlight the sharp geometric transitions and textured stone surfaces, turning the facade into a sculptural landmark. The entrance experience is equally curated, featuring a spacious driveway and a shaded carport that seamlessly blends with the house’s overall volume, accommodating modern luxury vehicles without disrupting the aesthetic flow.
