Primarc Studio was founded in 2017 in Islamabad by a group of forward-thinking individuals driven by their commitment to lift the trajectories of individual lives and entire communities.

Our Creative Studio
Our studio is designed to be a calm, light-filled space that encourages focus and creativity. We believe that a thoughtfully designed environment directly influences the quality of our work. With an open-plan layout, abundant natural light, and a curated palette of natural materials, we’ve created a backdrop that minimizes distraction and maximizes inspiration. This is the space where initial sketches are born and complex problems find elegant solutions.

Tools and Technology
Great design requires both creativity and precision. We pair our architectural expertise with the industry’s most powerful tools to ensure every project is visualized clearly, planned meticulously, and executed flawlessly.
Architectural Design & Modeling
Our architecture design process is built on a foundation of industry-standard software to ensure accuracy from the first line to the final model. We utilize Autodesk Revit to create intelligent 3D building models (BIM) with detailed data for ultimate precision, complemented by AutoCAD for foundational drafting. For rapid conceptualization in the early stages, we rely on SketchUp to explore design options and model ideas quickly and collaboratively.
Visualization & Immersive Experience
We translate our design ideas into breathtakingly realistic experiences. Using powerful rendering engines like Lumion, D5, and V-Ray, we create photorealistic interiors, exteriors and animations that accurately simulate materials, lighting, and atmosphere. To take this a step further, we utilize dedicated VR/AR headsets for immersive walkthroughs, allowing our clients to virtually step into their future homes to truly experience the scale and feel of the space.
Refinement, Presentation, and Discussion
To ensure every detail is polished for clear communication, we use 3D printing to create tangible physical models and Adobe Photoshop to perfect our visuals. These refined materials are then presented on high-resolution displays during our client meetings. This technology-driven approach fosters a clear and productive discussion, allowing for insightful feedback and confident, collaborative decisions.
Collaboration Spaces
Our studio is built on the principle of open collaboration. We believe the best ideas are born from continuous dialogue, which is why our spaces, whether residential or commercial, are designed to be interactive and transparent. Our internal design discussions are an open book, and we welcome clients to observe our process, believing it provides a deeper understanding of the care and rigor we apply to every detail.
This is the physical heart of our creative process. The Project Wall is a large, dedicated space where formal drawings and material samples live alongside spontaneous sketches, inspirational images, and team scribbles. It functions as both a living document of a project’s evolution and a constant source of creative energy, keeping new ideas flowing.
Architecture should be experienced, not just seen. Our extensive Material Library is a tactile collection of woods, metals, stones, fabrics, and finishes. This hands-on resource allows you and our team to explore textures, compare palettes, and make informed decisions about the physical elements that will bring warmth, character, and quality to your home.
For focused presentations and decisive moments, our private meeting room provides a professional and comfortable setting. It is equipped with presentation technology and designed for clear communication, ensuring that when we sit down to discuss critical details, the environment itself helps facilitate productive and collaborative conversations.
