Founded in 2017, Primarc Studio is a premier architecture and interior design firm built upon a foundation of shared creative passion. Our three founding partners, Muhammad Ali Raza, Muhammad Zubair Ul Hassan, and Osama bin Shahab, are all distinguished graduates of the prestigious National College of Arts (NCA). This common heritage informs our collaborative, design-led approach, guiding our team from our Islamabad studio to deliver architectural solutions that are both innovative and timeless.
Muhammad Ali Raza
Principal Architect - Co-founder
As a founding partner and a licensed member of the PCATP, Muhammad Ali Raza channels his Bachelor of Architecture from NCA into a pursuit of architectural clarity and innovation. With over a decade of experience, his work on complex residential and commercial projects has been featured in leading Pakistani design publications.
Osama Bin Shahab
Creative Director - Co-founder
Osama bin Shahab leverages his Bachelor of Fine Arts from NCA to bring an award-winning artistic sensibility to the firm’s work. His influence is vital across the firm’s portfolio, earning industry accolades for excellence in commercial interior design. Osama’s creative freedom is found in the masterful composition of light, texture, and color to build trust through quality and evoke lasting emotion.
