Intermediate Architect

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from a recognized university.
  • Fresh to 2 years of experience in architectural design and execution of architectural projects.
  • Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Enscape.
  • Good communication skills and ability to adapt to feedback.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Senior Draftsman

  • A Diploma in Architecture, Civil Drafting, or a related technical field from a recognized institution. (optional).
  • A minimum of 5 years of dedicated experience, with a proven track record in producing high-quality construction documents and technical drawings.
  • Expert-level command of AutoCAD is essential. Should know basic Sketchup, not compulsory.
  • Good communication skills and ability to adapt to feedback.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Then, we apply intense critical pressure. Ideas are challenged, combined, and refined through a collaborative, evolutionary process.

Each project begins as a vibrant ecosystem of ideas, born in an environment of uncritical, open exploration. This phase is about creative excess. Then, through successive generations of rigorous dialogue and critical review, these concepts are tested. They cross-pollinate, they adapt, or they are pruned away. This is our natural selection. Only the most resilient, contextually attuned, and purposeful ideas survive to inform the next stage, passing their DNA onward until a final, highly evolved design emerges.
