Are you hiring Architects, Draftsman or offering internships?

Accepted Answer

In a word, YES. Send us your resume and a sample of your work (a 'portfolio') to show us what you're capable of. Thus, a portfolio is essential. Please attach a PDF of your working drawings (sections, elevation details, etc.) to your application for the position of draughtsman. Does your architecture and interior design firm have a template from which your clients can choose from?

Accepted Answer

Yes and no, we have plenty of designs and even a vast portfolio of designs to look through. Some of our designs are already constructed while several others are in the completion stages, so you may even get the chance to visit some of them first-hand. But we do not offer anyone to choose from our recent designs. We believe in creating things upward from the ground for each client according to their preference, there are many things you may not like in another person's house, why! Because it's a personal statement.

Question 3

Can I get a free proposal for my home or project? If I love the proposal, I will sign the contract then!

Accepted Answer

Anything done for free is generally not worth the trouble. You may ask for reduced charges given the minimalist requirements from the proposal, but usually, a lot of time, effort and calculation goes into even the simplest ones. You have the option to reject or request changes as much as you like, but a free design proposal is not possible.

How do you pronounce your name?

It is pronounced as 'Prime' and 'Arc' said in a flow, like Prim-arc.

Does Primarc Studio designs commercial?

Accepted Answer

Yes, we do, and not only commercials, but also office design for commercials and residential alike, construction, top supervision and more.

Question 6

I am not in Islamabad, does your firm provides services in Swat, Peshawar or any other city?

Accepted Answer

Yes, we currently provide services in not only in Islamabad but also all over Punjab, KPK, Balochistan and Northern areas. With multiple projects handled in Swat and Peshawar, and many other cities. You may contact us to ask for other cities as well. We also handle remote designing projects for clients who live abroad. References can be made available on request.
