Primarc Studio was engaged midway through the construction of this particular farm house. The existing facade lacked a contemporary feel and did not effectively utilize materials. The challenge was to completely rethink and modernize the facade to align with contemporary design sensibilities.

Responding to this, Primarc Studio not only reimagined the exterior architecture but also undertook the complete landscape design from scratch. The vision was to create a harmonious environment where the modern facade was seamlessly integrated with the surrounding green spaces. This involved the creation of inviting pathways and thoughtfully designed garden beds. Durable and aesthetically pleasing materials like tuff tiles and bajri/crush were incorporated for the walkways, adding texture and character to the landscape.

The transformation is evident in the updated facade, which now features a striking modern design with a thoughtful application of materials, as seen in the project images.
