September has been a fulfilling month at our architecture and interior design studio, with major milestones achieved across multiple sites each reflecting our dedication to thoughtful design and precise execution.
Aftab House – Khanpur, KPK
Our ongoing residential project for Mr. Raja Aftab Khalid in Khanpur, Hazara continues to take impressive shape. This 6 Kanal single-story residence celebrates a strong connection with its natural surroundings through a palette of stone, wood, and earthen-toned finishes. Designed to harmonize with the landscape, the structure seamlessly blends indoor and outdoor living with expansive glazed windows and open lawns that capture the beauty of the Khanpur hills.
The residence now stands close to completion, with its roof poured and finishing stage in progress. We can’t wait to see the final reveal of this nature-inspired retreat that truly redefines modern living amidst serenity.

House 921 and House 886 – Faisal Margalla City, Rawalpindi
We’re thrilled to share that our FMC project has reached completion! This marks another successful milestone for our design and build team. The project combines compact efficiency with striking modern design – balancing form and functionality perfectly.

Ahmad House 01 in B-17, Islamabad (Sold!)
Our 7 Marla contemporary residence for Mr. Ahmad Shah in B-17 has officially found its new owner! With its clean geometry, floating staircase, and integrated greenery, the house drew attention for its modern yet comfortable layout and thoughtful interior details.
Balconies, open spaces, and sleek design elements helped this home stand out and we’re thrilled to know it continues to inspire potential homeowners seeking a balance of beauty and function. At Primarc Studio, there’s no greater joy than seeing our designs become cherished homes for our clients.

New Project Highlight: Tahir House – Gulberg Residencia, Islamabad
We’re excited to introduce Tahir House, a 1 Kanal modern residence currently under construction in Gulberg Residencia, designed for Mr. Muhammad Tahir. This project embodies refined modern architecture with interlocking geometric forms, clean lines, and a sophisticated use of materials – including wood-finish panels, smooth white and grey surfaces, and a striking cantilevered roof for functional shading.
Inside, the open-plan layout and high ceilings create a bright, airy environment enhanced by sage green and off-white tones, lending warmth and calmness throughout the space. Every element from lighting to furniture – has been curated to create harmony between function and aesthetics.
This residence reflects our holistic approach to design: merging architectural elegance with livable comfort.
